The Sun sure helps....

As I sit at my desk this morning and enjoy the sight of the sun coming up in the east....I just realize what an amazing effect that big yellow circle has on me!  It is so so comforting to see that sun....thinking about how great is feels when it hits your skin.  I so many times use the thought of the warmth of the sun on your skin as a relaxing technique in my hypnosis inductions.  The simple things that are here for us at no cost...think about it.  That is what being grateful is all about.....noticing the small things in life that we so often just ignore or worse yet take for granted.  Because, in all reality, we don't know if these things will be here tomorrow...do we?  Our future is all such a mystery.....that is why I choose (did I say choose?) to visualize my future just the way I would like it to play out.  It can't hurt now can it....if I picture is bright and sunny I am at least attracting that kind of energy!  Make sense?

When I sat down to write this morning I had no idea where I was going with this posting...and really am not totally sure yet!!  :)....but I do know one thing.....if nothing else 'Choose' to see the bright side of things today....there is always that side (may be the shortest side...but it is still there!).

This week is the kick off of our VGB Trial...Deb and I are so excited about helping these folks start their journey toward the life they have always wanted.....choosing to have a slim, healthy body.

I guess I am using the 'choose' word alot....so I guess this posting is about CHOICE.....
