In All Reality Coaching Blog!!!

Hi, Bobbi Anderson here...along with my partner in crime Deb Gockman....we want to invite you to follow our new blog...In All Reality....which is a connection we are creating between all of you and our new business In All Reality Coaching.

What is it all about?  We are about helping you reach the vision you have of your life.  Do you ever find yourself wondering if you will meet your goals...or for that matter have you started the process of setting goals....or better yet...what the heck is a goal....do I need them....and why would I need them.

Putting yourself in forward motion is what setting goals is about.  One way to start that motion forward is to get in touch with what in life makes you happy...what you feel excited about doing.  Being yourself is a very rewarding process.  How many folks out there are living the way they always dreamed they would?  How many do you think really are???  Well, keeping that in mind....are you?

"In All Realty...it is just a thought" blog will introduce thought provoking writings that will get you thinking in a way that you may not have thought...ever before.  Get you to move forward with some things that have been nagging at you to do.  Let go of some things that have been haunting you for no good reason!!

Why Worry??

Worry can easily be an overwhelming experience for all of us.  But Why Worry?  Usually the content of the thoughts that lead us to worry is something that has not yet happened.  It is, in all reality, just things that we anticipate MAY happen.  This process uses so much energy and usually stirs up negative emotion within our bodies.  Unfortunately, the negative emotion in our body leads to disease.

Changing the thought process to what may happen that is good will change the feelings we have and heighten not only our mood but the feeling inside will be lighter and healthier for us.  When we go to the 'worry' angle...we are setting ourselves up for a journey that is unnecesarry...  Instead, look at what is going on and decide how it could be turned around for the better.  Look at all the circumstances and start to formulate a plan of solution.  Do not focus on the problem....focus on the solution!  This process will change the entire mood around the situation.  Not to take away from some pretty serious stuff we have going on in our lives, but approaching any matter in a more positive manner will lighten the load....even the most grave of events.

In All Reality Coaching teaches techniques to get you through the tough times and tools to move forward.  Worry is something that will always have to be dealt with...let's do it in a more productive/constructive manner!  Right?!  Yes, less worry more positive thoughts putting us in a a forward motion.
