New Year......being happy is the right thing to do!

2011...how does it happen that years go by so fast??  I find myself happy, married and going to be a grandma again this year!  Much of what we do in life leads us to places we never pictured ourselves in.

There are times we think that everything is going well....and then 'wham' the unexpected happens.

So, I talked about finding your authentic self.  Resolution to change something may not be as valuable as finding out who you actually are....soooo how do you start that process?  One small step at a time.  One little change at a time.  Visioning what it is that you define as your 'miracle life'....and working slowly down that path toward that vision.

Let's get this process in motion.  It is not as overwhelming as it sounds...it just takes time, patience and accountability!  Yes, having to 'report in' is an important part of this process.  We easily let ourselves down...make promises to ourselves to do something, meet a deadline, reach a goal...and if we don't make it...no big deal...you are the only one that knows about it.

I am challenging you...any of you that wish to post your committment to use this blog in a way to become accountable to your goals....your miracle vision.  I promise to keep you accountable...this is a valuable way to get some pro-bono coaching...I will intend to help everyone...but I will be honest with all of you if this leads to something that is too big of an outside committment to me (I have to keep my coaching practice first...and this will not be as effective as personal one on one coaching with hypnosis...but I would like to give it a 'whirl')!!  It could be so much fun....a great learning experience for me and some valuable tools for you!  Let's do this...

First send me via comment your vision....what your miracle would be....by answer the following question:

If you woke up one morning, and everything was the way you vision your perfect life would be...tell me about that morning....what would you be doing that day, and how would it feel?  Be honest, serious and let's start this journey!
