Friend or Foe???

iPEC Foundation Principle....There are no mistakes.

"If we treated our friends like we treat ourselves, we'd all go to jail."  -  Unknown

Really...there are no mistakes?  Well, honestly, don't you always make the best choice for yourself at the time?  When we are in any given situation...depending on the time of day, stress level, time restraints and a million other factors, we do indeed make the best decision we can at the time.  In looking back on some decisions, we may believe it was a 'mistake' to take that action....but In All Reality...we were just doing the best we could at the time.  Every moment of every day we are at a different energy level, dealing with a different aspect of life!

Sometimes we make decisions based on what happened last year, or what the consequence was when I was a child.....all based on our belief system....assuming that we know how things will turn out.  So many times, if we just listen to that little adventurous voice inside that says something like...'try it this way this time' or 'it did not work last time...do it differently'....  But we are tugged by the 'critic' voice inside that says...."It has always been done that way.....do it that way again".

Part of the 'there are no mistakes' life is to step out of that old box and intend to react differently...shed a new light on an old issue....that old issue will CHANGE!

One of my favorite quotes is...."When you change the way you look at things...the things you look at change" - Wayne Dyer

Based on that thought process.....change things up...do some things differently.  I am not suggesting that you upset your entire life's applecart....just do something small in a different way.  Change up your morning routine slightly.   You may find a more relaxed way to start your day out.  Add a different exercise into your fitness routine....do something in your life differently everyday.  Some of the changes may not appeal to you....but what if they do .....try it!!!
